Dried Split Ginger of Nigerian origin is a major item in the company’s list of export products. Nigeria produces over 100,000 mts of Ginger annually which is harvested and processed between the months of October and December every year. The quality of Nigerian Ginger with its high pungency is adjudged one of the best in the world. It is exported to Europe, USA, China, India and the Middle East where it is widely used as a spice and for the production of essential oil. African Agronomics Limited exports about 880 mts of Ginger to various customers worldwide. A 40′ container of Ginger takes about 22mts of Ginger.
